1 High Protein Recovery Milk of your choice
¾ C sliced frozen banana
½ C reduced-fat plain Greek yoghurt
- 1 Tbsp natural peanut butter
Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until they are completely
Pour it into a glass and enjoy.
